We wanted to let all of our great customers know that we are here for you during this time of uncertainty - our doors are still open for those who need us!
To help ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are implementing the following policies:
1) We are regularly wiping down all handles, switches, doors, etc in our building.
2) In addition to frequent hand washing, all technicians are wearing gloves and are changing them for each car.
3) Keys, car door handles, and steering wheels are being sanitized.
4) Any employee who is sick is asked to stay home.
5) When dropping off your vehicle you have the option of simply filling out an envelope from the front dropbox with your key, then just drop through the slot on the door and we will get it.
6) You can view and pay your invoice online, via email or text. If you are able to pay us online, this will minimize face to face contact and would help stop the spread.
7) We are offering pick up and delivery of vehicles to help eliminate human to human contact.
